Bad branch.  Incompetent staff that cost me over $500.  Would not recommend this branch location at all.

On September 15th at 5:30 pm I had this uncomfortable experience with one of the tellers and a banker. I was picking up foreign currency (EUR) since I am traveling overseas. The attitude of both employees was very arrogant and despective. Poor customer service. I'd rather to travel more miles if I have to just to get a better service from Chase.

I waited for 1 hour for someone to help me. The they weren't able to solve my concern after they called so many chase associates over the phone. Systems are often down and ATM Deposits end up in ATM error. You will end up calling customer service for months without anybody knowing what's happening. I guess they have to take a step back from automation because customer service it's at zero right now.
