I JUST started my loan with them. My actual payment is due on 7/17/2017 BUT I attempted to pay today (6/29/17) WHEN i went online it never gave me the option to choose today as the date i would like to pay. SO i decided to call them and see if I can make a payment via telephone. Even their representative was surprised that I cannot make the payment early. He said the reason was...."its your first payment" but that makes absolutely no sense. If I want to make my first payment early I should be able to.  Its as if you are being punished because you want to pay early. THIS needs to be changed.

Had a hurricane and damage to my home needed to use my differ option that is in my contract. Because of lose of income due to a hurricane!!! I’m told I should be greatful they financed my car in the first place!!!!

They have failed in every aspect to be a company that understands there customers. I hve been with them for a year or so now and even tho I haven't been on time all the time I always manage to get the worst Rep in the entire universe. I can't even image who would allow these individuals to work here. This company is nasty, disrespectful, rude and the list goes on. I will be moving my loan as soon as I can because I hate this company.

There is a lady name Tiffany who is the worst possible employee I have ever spoken to my whole life. She is very disrespectful and rude. She evens hangs up on you. I told her my Husband is a professional driver I just want her to call me, she said she didn't care she will continue to call him. I have always paid my car on time never late. They know I traded my car but still continue to harass. Which to an extent I understand but doesn't make it right for her to say she don't care about someone's else life being in jeopardy by her calling a driver that transports more then 15 passengers. On top of that this company works with another dealer ship in Florida who rip people off and they allow it. They are suppose to ask you your car features to make sure the dealer ship is being honest and the price is acceptable. Which they didn't do. I paid for a car with special features which it didn't have  I have more then $9,000 in negative equity. I've paid this company over $4,700 and all I paid towards my car is like $1,000. smh I paid this car for 10 months at 471 a month they take mostly all the money for interest. Do not allow any car dealer ship to give you this company. You will regret it. Lesson learned!!!!

its simple just do your best to make the payment on time and after four to six months they send you a payment history and the current balance...current it helps boost my credit score so in about 6 months i'll refinance to make lower payments.
