OMG. i went in for a long side bang , even showed a picture of what i wanted she cut these little bangs on each side nothing of what i wanted , i only tipped because she was nice i pray they grow out fast

Do not go here for anything. I have given this place multiple chances. My most recent one was the worst and last. My hair is completely ruined! I went I. For an ombré and got the most ugliest gold ombré (far from the color I asked for) not only was it the wrong color but very blotchy and my hair was so damaged! Never have I had my hair that brittle and dried or after bleaching. And never have I been to a place where they don't treat your hair after bleaching it. I went in the next day to get it "fix" and all the manager or owner did was tone my hair... more processing on my already damaged hair. I got the color I wanted but still have the ugliest blotches and she said that is how ombres look sometimes. Ummmm I've had an ombré before and that isn't not true. It's been a couple of weeks and now my hair is falling out and breaking off. That's how unreversable that damage is!

I was there last month to get my haircut AGAIN! The original stylist from another location didn't cut enough of my hair (I went from long to very short). They greeted me and I waited maybe 5 min. I got a top stylist named Kristi. I told her what happened and she told me that she would have to charge me for another haircut because the mistake wasn't hers.  I watched as she cut my hair and when she was done,  it came out awesome! She straightened my hair for free because of what I went through.  Needless to say, I found my stylist for keeps! Very satisfied!

The staff was very rude.  Didn't acknowledge me for a long time and every hair cuttery I have been to have greeted me soon as I open the door they great you regardless if they were busy.  Then they have a discussion about me and someone comes over to tell me it's a long wait.  I was gonna wait on principle but I just left so I can not rate their work
