We do not recommend, they are affiliated with Flip Chicago in Roselle. Did two deals with them both that were flops. They sell you the properties and you’re buying them based on their experience and Real Estate knowledge but they sugar coat everything. Over exaggerative after market value and under estimated rehab cost. Be careful investing with this business and their staff. They get their money when they sell to you, after that they’ll tell you “it’s a risky business” We don’t recommend Chase or his associates do your research and work with a real “Real Estate Agents” you don’t need to purchase foreclosed properties to become a successful flipper. Be alert and purchase the property for a fair market value, remember you make your money when you buy not sell! Trust no one, and go with your gut feeling and deal with people who are honest. Oh and use your own lawyer not theirs. Lawyers make their money from the title company these guys are all worker together to put money in to their pockets not yours!!!

I have done dozens of investor deals with Mike Bodden at Chase Real Estate and I could not recommend him highly enough.  Finds the best opportunities and negotiates the best deal on the sale.  Professional, attentive, relentless, and responsive 24/7.  I have had many friends that are retail buyers and sellers work with him as well, as he has had nothing but good reviews.  Thanks a million Mike. And I mean a million!!

Always a pleasure dealing with everyone at Chase Real Estate.  They have one of the best investment programs and provide as much or as little help as you need.  Their large network of agents, contractors, decorators and attorneys is a priceless resource. Looking forward to many future projects with them!!

I was actively trying to contact the Chase team as was my realtor. We were basically ignored and had a serious offer to either rent, rent w option to buy or purchase. All of this was communicated through myself and my realtor. During this they accepted an application to rent it although it was common knowledge the owner wants to sell the property. The Chase team would not communicate with me or my realtor except in regards to the rental application they accepted. I have no idea if they communicated our multiple offers to their client. Horrible customer service and terrible client management.

As a real estate investor, Chase Real Estate has made buying houses for an investment a fun and great experience.  Christian and his team always provides solutions for anything that comes up during the rehab, rental, and sale process.  The system they teach you works with their network of lenders, attorneys, rehab crews, leasing and listing agents.  Everyone is always professional and a pleasure to work with!

I had a signed a contract with Michael Bodden.  Chase properties in Naperville I was in the middle of an inspection and Michael Bodden decided to take somebody else's offer because it was a little bit more money even though we had a signed a contract. I later found out that he sold it to a colleague inside of his office. He didn't care that I had depleted all of my money to make this happen. He cost me money in the long run. You have been warned!!
