The place is pretty gross. Our first room had mold around the windows, a broken and initially unplugged light, and the drapes were hanging down off the window. I asked for another room hoping for something better. That room was only slightly better with a working light and drapes that were on the window. However there was still mold around the windows and also in the bathroom in the shower. The drapes had a rip from top to bottom in the shears. The bed had an ugly stain on the side I didn’t want to even think about. 
We went out and bought Clorox, blankets and pillowcases to survive our stay. The Clorox cleaned the shower free of mold and mildew. Funny what a little attention to actual cleaning will do.  Additionally the elevator was way scary with weird noises, so I’d avoid it if I were you. The stairwell was a joke with taped stairs where the carpet was ripping and could be a tripping hazard. The handrails were also taped with duct tape. Say no the green pool. You could have a nice view outside but for the rotting decks and planters that were dilapidated and lying in the decks themselves. This place needs some serious care.

Service was good. But they should provide more cars to bring our things upstairs. We looked everywhere, other people had them but could not find the anywhere. Also they should have ramps for the cars as a short cut instead of going all around on the elevator. Location was good. Everything is unnecessarily way too expencive. The room they gave us supposedly had a nice mountain view, but instead we had the parking lot view.

This hotel is nice and affordable. Some of the amen6can be updated. The heated pool was everything. The view over the lake seemed like it would be a wonderful place to relax in the evening on a nice cool spring night. I give it three stars because I feel like the hotel should have a few updates.

You can tell it was a nice place in it's Hay day. It's pretty run down now. Not a bad place for a night away, but definitely not the Ritz by any stretch of the imagination.

took 50 minutes to get served our meals.  food was good but not hot. service overall was bad. waiter basically forgot about us. had to pay bill at check in desk. we asked about desserts and no one could
 givee us an answers. never again!
