They mishandled my insurance information, and I ended up having to pay for my entire visit out of pocket...and I'm very unhappy. My initial visit was on 6/2/2016. I received a bill on 7/27/2017 for that initial visit. When I called them up, they told me that I had provided them with incorrect insurance information for the initial visit...and they can no longer file with the correct insurance information because it's too late now. I'm like it's been 14 months...you couldn't tell me this earlier... nonetheless, they didn't care that they made a mistake, and I'm left with the bill, even though I'm insured...

Very happy with Dr. Bub, MAs and secretaries. Dr. Bub listens to my concerns and I never feel rushed during our appointments. However, I am giving this clinic a 1 star review due to terrible follow up via the medical assistant messaging system. On 2 occasions I have left messages for my provider's MA early in the morning seeking medical advice that the nurse hotline was not able to provide. For both occasions I had to call back 7 hours later in order to receive follow up on my concerns. This happened today, I spoke to an MA briefly, she informed me that the NP would call me today. 5 minutes before the clinic closed I called back only to find that all of the providers had left. This is very frustrating as I needed medical advice and now my treatment is being delayed. Additionally, the NP at this facility had prescribed me an antibiotic, she did not ask me (a woman of child-bearing age) if I was pregnant or if I was taking oral contraceptives - which are both big red flags for taking antibiotics. I ended up having an adverse reaction to the antibiotics and the NP just advised that I try to keep taking them for 5 more days! That was horrible medical advice.

We have been going to this practice for about 4 years. Although some doctors have left we have been happy with everyone we've seen. My daughter had ongoing issues this year that were hard to figure out. The doctors were very patient, gathered lots of info, and did many tests to figure out why she wasn't getting better. I appreciated their time and attention and eventually she did get better. I also have had multiple health issues this year. Dr. Bub has worked with me, listened well, and provided many alternatives for me to choose from in order to deal with some ongoing problems. The front desk staff are always helpful as well. I think it is a pleasure to go to this office.

Just started going to this practice. So far I have only had positive experiences there. The staff behind the desk greeted me with smiles. They were very helpful in answering my questions and didn't seem at all annoyed. My doctor was wonderful and so was my nurse. Upon leaving my appoimtment, the desk staff said a very polite goodbye, and even used my name. Didn't expect to feel like a regular after my first visit.

I was seen here yesterday by Dr. Sims and was incredibly impressed with how thorough he was in evaluating my health! I also found all the nurses and staff to be very friendly, genuinely caring and compassionate! I'm very happy to have found this clinic!
