I called to have 3 things I wanted to take care of. I had my appointment set with a certain doctor. The office staff had called back and switched me to a different doctor. When she spoke with me in the office she said she only had 20 minutes to pick. The front desk needs to listen to patients so they can schedule correctly. The previous doctor I used to see Dr. Parrasit was wonderful, the practice does not have the same atmosphere and patient care it once had. I did like the assistant that took the vitals. She was nice. I just expected my time to be valued.

DR. Hoffman and team are the best. They listen to you and Dr. Hoffman always sits down and talks to you. I feel like I truly matter. I will never go anywhere else as long as Dr Hoffman is at Altitude Family Medicine

Altitude Family Medicine is always courteous and professional. They take the time to explain everything without making you feel stupid. I feel more at ease knowing these wonderful doctors are there for my family.

Horrible. First, the MD diagnosed me with a hypothyroid and put me on medication. I got 2 other opinions from 2 different doctors at 2 different practices in which the other doctors said I was fine, as proven by multiple blood tests. Then, the practice sends me a bill A YEAR LATER. In which I had proof that I had paid. Then they try to send me a bill for something different. The communication is POOR, I tried to contact the head manager over there and 4 weeks later, after numerous phone calls, hasn't had the decency to even call me back. I have spoke with the billing company and they also have no idea what's going on. DO NOT GO HERE. Complete waste of time and they don't care about their patients.

They were right on time for my appointment. I have been seeing Dr. Hansen for about 4 years. He is always prepared to answer my questions, even about alternative medicine. I feel like he is listening and never rushed to get me out so he can move on to the next patient
