I agree with most of the reviews. The front desk staff is very rude. I have called to complain but they seem to keep the same people. I feel that is really hurting Dr, Crockett's (she is very nice). I also agree with the unnecessary multiple appointments.

Front desk is super rude, they try to get money from you as much as possible even if that means scheduling you for unnecessary appointment, just to get a few extra bucks. They made a mistake on my lab results and called me saying I had abnormalities and I should come in to just find out they were fine but guess what they still charge you with a 80 dollar office visit for their fault. Worst experience won't ever go back. And when you say you would like your records they say they will charge you. What a great place NOT!!!

I would rate negative two stars if possible. I was recently in the practice office for a physical. I spent more time talking to the nurse than the doctor. It was the worst experience I have ever had with seeing a doctor. When it takes 5-6 days to see a doctor, it is absolutely ridiculous. I get better service from Walgreen's than a licensed practitioner. Never, ever, ever consider this office for continuous visits. The doctors are condescending and only want your money.

I've been with Columbine Practice for about 16 years now. That alone should say enough. I've never encountered a bad physician, I love the friendly lab tech, Jocelyn and the ladies at the front desk have always been helpful and friendly. Overall, I trust these physicians with my health in their hands and that they will make the best decision for me and I've never doubted them. They are well trained and educated professionals that care about their patients. Keep up the great work Columbine Family Practice! Jodi
