Checkered Flag Auto is #1 in my book! What an Awesome Experience I had with them! Their Customer Service was Far Above n Beyond then any other! I Vow to go to them for any auto service that I may need in the future and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them, not only because of my own wonderful experience with them, but what I saw and heard first hand with there interactions with other customers! I was truly impressed! I was treated so incredibly well and more than happy with the purchase of my van. And although it was an older vehicle, they went over it with a fine tooth comb before they put it on the lot and even after I purchased it they went even further! I was assisted by Mike and Danielle, which make a Fantastic Team! I Will be referring them to everyone I know to check them out before buying a vehicle anywhere else and for Service on their vehicles, as I am highly confident in their ability to Satisfy their Customers. Double check their work when done ... Apparently they like to leave suspension components not properly bolted (in fact, were left 1" + out)

It wasn't like this when Nate was in their older shop. I think he grew too large too fast and hired some inexperienced staff.

Love this place. Have brought my daughters older Honda there twice now  for two completely separate issues. They fixed them both in less than 24 hours from my initial phone call. Usually I do my own repairs, but time just doesn't allow lately. Soooo glad I found this local East Granby shop to trust. They are all extremely knowledgeable, honest, and pleasant to talk to. Nice work guys. You have my business... (and I have four kids, and 5 cars in the family already)...

Just bought a car there, and I love it. Runs good, nice and clean, and got a really great value. Highly suggest checking out some of their deals! Mike will find something that's perfect for you, like he did for me!!
