Here is the reason  I left a one star rating. If your driver can not walk up a slush covered slightly icy driveway to unlock a car, how can you call yourself a towing and recovery operation? If a car is down in an icy snow covered ditch what do you do, leave it till spring? If he had called when he got here my wife could have walked down and held his hand so he didn't fall lol. Thanks for nothing. I am recovering from pneumonia right now, on top of dealing with a fridge thats not working and it would have been very helpful to have a car to get sand and salt for the driveway. I walked down and got the mail this morning with no difficulty whatsoever, I mean none, and my wife was up and down trying to scrape it, so don't give me the "safety first" line. This is New England. Just know that if you were ever in need, I'm the type of person who goes above and beyond to help others, and I would have been there for you, or your family. I'm sure your insurance carrier will give you a big high five, but not me. You should have had my number, if he had called I do have enough sand to make a path for him to walk up, and there is safe parking at the bottom we plow out for just such occasions. (longest review ever)

Wouldn't trust my cars with anyone else!  They are professional, honest and friendly.  They really work around my schedule and always have a loaner car for me when I need it!  Thank you!

Very pleased with my experience with Collinsville Auto Repair & Towing.  I was given an estimate to have work performed on vehicle --repairs were done on time and within estimate.  Friendly staff and convenient location to drop off and pick up car.
