This was my first time there and the food was excellent.  The dining area and women restroom was clean. That alone gets an A+ from me. The service was friendly but seemed a little irritated when they had to keep showing people where the tea was. They should have just made a sign indicating the correct location, but besides that... I definitely will be back😚

AWFUL customer service! Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes of which 2 minutes were to place the order because we were put on hold that long when we finally made it to the menu board. Only waited because out of town guest wanted Checkers. When arrived at window was told the total. No greeting, no apologies! Then he asked if we want ketchup. When I said no, he asked twice more. If you can't understand me read my lips. Or was he just trying to increase the annoyance from us waiting that long. Definitely NEVER going back for mediocre food!

After waiting  in thr drove thru linefor ten minutes plus,  when I  pull up to the window for my order  I was informed that their  system was down.  No apologies for the inconvenience....just that we can't  take your monies. No resolution  for the inconvenience.  First and last time. #unprofessional

I only left a 1 Star so I could write a review. They screw up the order and leave out food then we drive back to get it fixed and guess what...they screwed up again. The receipt shows nononion and no cheese however the sandwich still contains BOTH. Now I remember why we don’t eat there. Would cost more to drive back a second time than the sandwich cost. Definitely not worth my time or money! Will not be going back.

I mean it's hard to rate based off of one order and only one meal. The employees where nice and the meal came quick. The fish sandwiches that both me and my boss got was burnt and dry on the edges.
