Online ordering was easy. Pizza was hot and ready at time promised. The young lady at the front desk was courteous. Unfortunately, they do not deliver in my area.

I like there pizza but yesterday I order wings I asked for well done. It was under cooked and wet. As if it was microwaved all soggy maybe because it was undercooked but wasted my money on those wings . Never will I order wings again terrible. 🙁

A waste of money!! Waited a hour to open the box up to a burnt, hard pizza . Never again ! Stick with what u know!

Customer service is absolutely terrible!! You guys make good pizza, but the employees look like they didn't even wanna work when we walked in!! My mother and I were looking at the menu and we didn't even get greeted with a smile or "welcome to Marco's Pizza how are you today?" Also the tables were absolutely dirty! I can tell that the workers had time to go and wipe it because when we walked in the workers were just behind the counter. The tables also have no type of condiments on it, it's just bare. A customer came in and instead of greeting the customer that was there, a young lady didn't greet and tell them to give her a minute and she went to answer the phone.  Last but not least, one of your workers left for a delivery in their apron..what?! Now that worker is gonna find themselves inside of the kitchen, making pizza with an apron that went outside. That's a no no...hopefully you guys can work on these issues because it would make your business better

My experience here was great the service was excellent I called in my order it was hot and ready just like lil caesars but way better the food taste great and my wife and I love it also the manager  Adrian was very sweet and polite I would recommend this Marco store to anybody
