Beautiful restaurant and atmosphere, my issue was the service. We went in on Mother’s Day, and we expected it to be busy. What isn’t expected is waiting 1.5 hr for your food. We didn’t receive silverware until after our food came out even after asking our waitress multiple times. When the gentleman brought the silverware he brought 4 (we needed all 4) for us but then only gave us 2 and two were given to the table next to us (which had not received their food yet, so it would make sense to give the silverware to the table that had food) We all asked for medium steaks except my dad, who ordered ribs with no BBQ sauce. All of the steaks came out well done, the fries were cold, the broccoli was cold, and my dad’s ribs had to be made 3 separate times. The benefit of everything was it was Mother’s Day and we got to spend a little extra time with Mom at the restaurant. I own a restaurant and understand these things can happen, but this similar happened the last time we went also. We won’t be back and it’s a shame because if you want to be in an atmosphere of an expensive restaurant but don’t want to pay the price, this would be perfect. But I guess the old adage goes “You get what you pay for”.

I only gave one star to write a review. We didn't mind the wait because we had a large party. Our waitress turned our experience sour. Her demeanor was tired and through. She expressed with a negative expression "It's been a long day" after she was asked how she was she doing. We were only allowed to order 2 appetizers and drinks which didn't come. We spoke with a manager and then service came with a positive attitude, discount, and smile. Thanks to the manager our experience turned around. When you're looking to enjoy friends family and eat that's just what you want...without negativity.

Great service. Great food, great Margaritas. Laid back atmosphere, friendly servers, casual dining at its best. Quiet even when busy. The food quality is terrific and came quickly. The only drawback was having to wait for our adult beverages due to no bartender being on duty.. Overall a great place to have some good food and relax after a long day.

Worse experience.... This is my first and last time coming.... We had about 5 different servers didn't know which one was the main one... Took 5 minutes for them to bring our drinks, took another 10 mins for them to take our order and took 45 minutes to bring our food once they completed the order..  Meanwhile we are waiting we are watching all the waitresses and waiters sit down laying in the booths taking naps and old food and dishes sitting on tables stacked up... I have never seen such professionally dressed hostesses.. If I wanted to see belly buttons and booty dimples I would have went to a strip club... Highly disappointed.... The only thing i can say good is the chef was on point...

We had a party of 7 adults and 4 children.  We were seated at the far right side of the restaurant in two booths and were told we had to have two different waitresses, which complicated the billing.  Another large and rowdy party was seated nearby, making conversation impossible to the point we could barely communicate with our waitress, much less with each other.  When we finally got our food, it was cold to the point the butter would not melt on the baked potato and our steaks were cool and over cooked. This was this past Saturday night, 3/3/18.  We never once saw a manager or assistant manager and no one ever tried to calm the noise level.  This was a totally unacceptable dining experience.
