so so so happy to have found MY place....I'm a working mom and have a very eclectic sense of style & Cheesecake Boutiques is the store where my 40 year old self feels completely at home. I originaly went shopping for a dress for a wedding, and found myself in the fitting room along side a beautiful assortment of women of all shapes sizes and colors & never felt more accepted for who I am. Also I want to mention that I had other women (not employees) walking up to me to complement the dresses I was trying on & It was such a boost. . Truly an example of how women should treat each other Love you Cheesecake Boutique, I will definitely be back & will be telling ALL of my friends.

I love this store! They carry clothing that is different from what is available at the malls and the prices are reasonable given the quality of the merchandise. I particularly love the customer service. The staff is very helpful setting up a dressing room, finding sizes and recommending accessories. I really appreciate the kind yet honest feedback when an outfit doesn't look great - they don't try to talk you into something just to make a sale. I have had a positive experience every time I have been in there.

I was checking hours of operation for today and noticed only one review on google and it was not favorable. Please check reviews on other sites, yelp, etc. This one poor review appears to be an exception. Not my experience whatsoever.

I just got off the phone with my mom, who never gets upset, and is very disappointed at her experience that just took place at Cheesecake Boutique, where we used to often shop and enjoyed the experience. It's very sad, because they just lost two very loyal customers. I first tried on a pair of boots there around late October. My mom bought them for me as a Christmas present, and made me try them on after buying, to make sure they fit, due to their absolutely ridiculous return policy. They fit, and I was thrilled. I didn't get them until Christmas, wore them one time for an afternoon in Chicago (indoors), and the second time at Polaris mall (indoors) about 3 weeks ago. While at Polaris, I noticed a chip in the boot material on the top of the boot, which was very weird as it was the second time I'd ever worn them, and I hadn't even been outdoors in them for more than 15 minutes. My mom said she would take them back to Cheesecake for me, and have them repair there. Well, initially rude about returning them, explaining how it's not a defect in the material so they can't send back to the manufacturer to fix (but it WAS a tear in the soft material), my mom had to give them over to give to a leather specialist. He explained the leather was very soft, etc. which is why it chipped. No one told my mom that when she purchased them. Fine, so she goes to pick up the boots, and the girl working explains that it's $15. The principle of that is absurd. Here is one of your absolute most loyal customers, there was a problem with your product, and you are charging a mesley $15. My mom reluctantly took out her credit card, and the associate explained she would only accept cash, as the leather man "did them a favor". My mom showed the associate her wallet; she only had $7 cash. "You'll need to go to an ATM," the associate said. At this point, could the store have not paid $10 cash for one of their customers? Regardless, my mom had a meeting 15 minutes later thus couldn't go to an ATM and back before then. "We're not going anywhere", the associate said in reference to my mom bringing back $10 cash. My mom said that she will bring back the $10, because she's a decent and honest person, but will never shop there again. The customer service at this location really just baffled me. With the economy in such poor shape, you would think a boutique would want to keep their loyal customers. We will not be back.
