This place is real hit or miss when it comes to customer service. I got bounced around between employees while trying to get fitted for a tux rental since no one wanted to help. However over the phone I received quick information and minimal hold times from a very friendly employee.

TERRIBLE experience: - they took my measurements then it took 10 minutes at the register to check out. There was no line. - they told me the two suits would be ready in 5 days. I called and it wasn't ready after 5 days. - I called two weeks later and only one suit was ready. I said I'll wait for them both to be ready. - I showed up 3 weeks later. My second suit STILL wasn't ready. I still wanted to pick up my suit that was ready. - I tried on the suit (mind you I was already measured) and it DID NOT fit. Not even close. I had a presentation later that day and I put in my order for the suit 3 weeks earlier. I had to make my presentation suitless. They didn't even give me an apology gift card. They have one star because ZERO isn't an option. The only thing they did well was give me my money back. Unfortunately, they haven't found a way to give me my time back.

Employees were very helpful with finding my size and directing me to clearance or discount items that would match my ensemble.

While I think that you can get a good suit here if you spend the time discussing your needs with the staff, I have always found the staff here to be a little rude and pushy. When someone is taking my measurements for a suit, I want to make sure they are really right! I thinks this stems from the location being understaffed, forcing the employees to be shuffling around between customers more frequently. This does not exactly create the sort of experience you would like when buying a suit, but the prices are very good, which makes up for this somewhat.

Bought 3 shirts, 3 pants, a jacket and a tie. They had to order in the pants and jacket. Went to pick them up and they only had one of the pants and it was the wrong item. They re-ordered all items and said they would arrive in a few days and would call when they arrived. 10 days later I called them. Items not in. When I complained, they looked again and found the pants but the jacket was "out of stock". More complaints from me prompted the manager to offer to find it in another store and have it shipped in. He said he would call me "today" and let me know. No call back from him today. I plan to go to the store and return all items and take my business to Men's Wearhouse. Very indifferent attitude from the staff. Will not shop there again.
