Ryan catered our son's rehearsal dinner, several baseball dinners, and most recently did a diner for a small group for a fundraiser for the Cody Dieruf Foundation which he donated Ryan is an amazing chef and we have always been happy with the food and service.
We hired Ryan to cater our welcome party as well as our wedding! His pricing is extremely fair for what you get - he is easy to communicate with in terms of needs and wants - not to mention the food was AMAZING - Our wedding had Salmon and Prime Rib among all the perfect sides and ALL of our guests let us know how they had never been to a wedding with such delicious food. Perfectly cooked prime rib and smoked salmon for 100+ is no easy task but he nailed it!! highly recommend for any event -- he will for sure be our first call next time we're hosting!
We needed an emergency caterer when our other food provider fell through and within a week, we had a full menu for all three meals for our conference days and the event went well. The two highlights were the evening meals, which I think may be their wheelhouse. Full variety and we asked for a lot of extra vegetables, so there was a really good mix of dishes, and both the chicken and beef were particularly good. I would definitely use this company again to cater dinners like that. Thanks so much to Ryan and the staff for everything. I've also seen on other review sites where the coming-through-in-an-emergency happened for other last-minute cancellations. Really grateful for a company that can do that in this valley.
Ryan and his crew did an INCREDIBLE job catering our wedding! We got the brisket w/ cherry demi glaze, rosemary lemon chicken thigh, garlic mashed potatoes & seasoned veggies and it was AMAZING! We, as well as our guests LOVED the food! His prices are great, too!
The food was good. However, for the wedding he was preparing for, he only brought enough food for half the guests. Arrived 1.5 hrs later than promised, then cooked more food but it came out raw. Then the dessert was served with no silverware. Then, no communication to resolve these issues.
Great food and always willing to work with us to meet our needs. Always positive and enjoyable and very very easy to work with for our events. Thank you! Emily Dickinson PAC!
