Latest update: they had their residential chef, JJJ(?), which, unfortunately, are not really to my taste. It's worth trying though. I do hope they'll keep rotating chef in future. Update: the fish is overcooked the third time I visit. First impression: All aspects considered, this is the best restaurant I've ever been to so far , and I don't use the word "best" lightly. The food (arctic char) is divine of course. Although there are better food in town, considering the price, this place is a godsend. Also, I enjoy the relaxed even laid-back atmosphere here, compare with those cramped Michelin restaurants. Nothing to complain about the service. Will visit again.

Come for the playlist, stay for the food. I’ve gone to Chef JJ’s residency three times and it’s been great every time. Chef constantly delivers on tasty food - I’ve had everything but the prime rib. You can easily find yourself lost in the groove of the music, libations, and delicious cuisine.

Went to a NYC Food and Wine dinner there Friday night. It was fabulous. I hadn't been there for a couple of years, but do go regularly to the Chefs Club in Aspen.

EVERYTHING, was excellent!! I wish I had more stars to give. Hurry and visit while Chef JJ is the current resident, you’d be doing yourself a great disservice if you don’t catch him!!

If you’re wondering whether you should go to Chef’s Club or not - just do it! I’ve been for dinner a few times now, experiencing both their fall menu and summer menus - every time the food has been exceptional. From the presentation of the plates to the quality of the ingredients, everything is truly fantastic. There is something for everyone on the menu as well and caters to wide range of palettes. My top favorite menu items are the Beef + Oyster TarTare, the Charred Octopus, and the Grilled NY Strip. For drinks, I most enjoy The Boss and The Puck. They also have an impressive wine list and a very helpful sommelier to guide you through the process if you would like! Last, but not least, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I love my experience at Chef’s Club and will keep going back again and again.
