Does not taste good. Too expensive. They also only give you like 8 nuggets, which is clearly not sufficient for feeding my 5 children and 9 on the way.

Love coming here to get my chicken sandwich and waffle fries fix but i HATE the heavy set cashier. She is a miserable rude woman. She clearly hates her job and the customers.  Besides that, love the food amd convenience.

I got words about dis Chick-fil-a. 
Dan Cathy is my master, mate and mission. So I truly believed in his powers to bring Chick-fil-a to NYU.
WHERE IS THE CHICKEN BISCUIT????? You're telling me I have to go all the way to Times Square for a biscuit??!?!?! Rude.
I am getting no "My pleasures" here. Truly disappointed along with Truett's mission. 
The ice cream, the cookies, the nugget trays. All gone, Gone, and GONE. Where do I meet my chicken party needs??!?!?!?

I was expecting a full chick-fil-a not a college food court version of chick fil a. This is a chick fil a express. There is a very limited menu and it is inside the NYU college food court.
