I've tried a reasonably 10 beef noodle joints in the city and Flushing. This place is THE best. Please be aware the only entree on the menu is beef noodles. Also the place sits only 8 people so there will be a long wait given how delicious their noodles are. You have to line up physically outside.

Great beef noodle soup! The noodles and beef are the highlights supported by a great tasting soup. This is a great place to eat! Chef Richard is also extremely friendly and personable. My large group was the last clients of the night, we were able to talk to him for a while and celebrate the opening of his great restaurant! Thank you and continue to do what you do best! Feed hungry people great food!

Only a few tables, so expect a wait. Limited menu for the soft opening but it is enough!! The noodles are so good! I just want to slurp the whole bowl but gotta be nice to my neighbors sitting next to me. Staff and proprietor are friendly, informative and attentive.

Top quality Taiwanese beef noodle restaurant. Comparable to some of the best ones in Taiwan. The broth is tasty and the meat is tender. Definitely would come back again!

A really great bowl of Taiwanese beef noodle soup. The soup itself is warmingly well-rounded: clean but not watery, rich without feeling fatty, good enough that the noodles and meat could almost just be garnishes. Almost, because the noodles themselves are soft and chewy and just flour-flavored enough that you can appreciate how they add to the bowl. The meat is thick and tender, but it skates on the edge of being upstaged by every other ingredient. The pickled mustard greens are snappy and just strong enough to cut through the broth. Sadly, the meal comes at Manhattan prices and with a line the small space can’t really handle. If you’re willing to fork up the time and money, though, you should walk away pleased.
