I just bought this car from here a few days ago after weeks of shopping around. Quite frankly we were exhausted and tired of looking at cars by that point. Cherry Creek automotive is an extremely casual car buying environment with excellent, knowledgeable staff. I never felt pressured once. We managed to get a great deal on a 2012 Subaru Forester for $15,000 out the door. My salesman, Luis, was great and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new car. He even cleaned the car and put in a new tank a gas right before.

EDIT: Our car buying process was very friendly, but that is the extent of their customer service. They lied to me about what type of gas mileage it would get, they lied about it being safe to drive, they lied about it having cruise control, they lied about it not needing premium gas. I have spent $2000 on this 2012 Subaru Forrester just to get it safe enough to drive. And it still broke down twice. Honestly if you are looking for a car, I would look elsewhere. I will never come back here.

We had been looking for an LR3 or LR4 for several months all across the nation and had been extremely disappointed by the level of dishonestly we experienced at multiple dealers (all of which were not in the state of Colorado). As overly skeptical buyers, we were impressed by the fact that the LR3 we ultimately purchased from Cherry Creek was in excellent shape, as advertised. We appreciated their honesty and the ease of the car-buying/financing process through them.

I want to share our GREAT experience with Justin Franks and the entire Cherry Creek Automotive Team. I have bought 4 cars from Justin over the past couple of years and he and his team have raised the bar with respect to the car buying experience. Sorry other dealers!
From the beginning to end Justin was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. He took care of everything and we all know that there are often little quirks with used cars and Justin knows that better than anybody. If we did have any follow up after the sale he took care of it and offered more than Im sure any other deal would even consider. Additionally I know other family member and friend have bought from Cherry Creek Automotive (15+ Cars) and all have had similar experience. 
Recently we desired to get a new car lease and Justin took care of all the work and even sat at the Infinity dealership with us, test drive with us and negotiated on behalf of us to get a great deal. Moreover, he took in our current vehicle and will sell it on his lot, taking that burden off our shoulder. If you are looking for a used car call Justin! If you need a great starter car for your kids, call Justin. Looking at selling your car, call Justin. Looking at a new car, purchase or lease...you got it! Call Justin!

Justin found a new Subaru at a great price! He was very thorough and gave me all the information around car options, financing etc. that  I needed so that I could make an informed decision. I never felt pressured or rushed unlike other dealerships.  Everyone in  the office was very helpful and easy to chat with. Couldn't have been a better experience! Thanks so much!

We dealt directly with the owner of the lot Justin Frank's. He got us into a perfect car for a low price we were very excited. We had the car for about three months and the transmission blew out. We we're devestated. We are not wealthy people and practically put everything we had into that car. The limited warranty had just expired and we didn't have 2000 dollars to fix it. It was our only mode of transportation so we were really screwed. I contacted the owner to see if there was anything we could do. Even though technically he didn't have to help at all, it was sold as is, out of warranty,, and basically no longer his problem he offered to help. He gave us a couple options to choose from, help with the cost of the repair buy the car back and add some additional money so we could have cash or help.us into a new car. Even though we were a little weary that a new car would do the same thing he seemed to want to help and trustworthy so we went with another car from his lot. We love it and it runs great. Although things didn't exactly go smoothly or the way we planned in the end we have a reliable affordable car and a positive experience with Cherry Creek automotive and Justin Frank's
