I communicated with the owner, Cheryl, at Cheryl's Secret Garden and had an incredible experience. I wanted to send flowers to a friend in Lynchburg while living in the North East. I told Cheryl my budget and a very vague idea of what I wanted to send. Cheryl is a fantastic listener and her design on the bouquet far exceeded my expectations. This business has great integrity as Cheryl charged me exactly what I told her my budget was + agreed delivery charge. Can't explain enough how thankful I am to have found Cheryl's Secret Garden and to have this experience be so stress free as Cheryl took care of everything. Highly recommend!!

Sent a Christmas arrangement to a loved one. Spoke to Cheryl about the price to make sure a good sized, full arrangement would be delivered. Told her I wanted something very colorful and festive. I was very specific. We agreed on a price that would provide the type of arrangement I was expecting. The arrangement was not colorful and very sparse. Mostly white with one or two small pieces of greenery. Was very disappointed when I saw it as I could have gotten something much nicer at the grocery store. When I called to let her know how disappointed I was, she apologized but made no effort to make things right. Will never use this florist again.

Great help from Cheryl on choosing flowers. She was EXTREMELY nice and helpful. She worked within the budget I gave her and put together something that looked like a million bucks. The colors were perfect, down to the ribbon on the candy (which I didn't know she would do)...and even the flower vase was really cool. Crazy good service, crazy good products!

After reading the reviews of ALL the florist n Lynchberg, Va i chose this 1. I placed my order over the phone being that I live out of state and my family member lives there in town... Cheryl was sOoOo nice and friendly... Very eager to make helpful suggestions to ensure I got the best bang for my $$$... I would definitely order from here again...

Ordered an arrangement for my aunt's funeral. This shop was great. I'm located in Texas with the funeral to be held in Lynchburg. Woman was very accomodating over the phone and extremely helpful and sympathetic. Thank you!!!
