I spoke to the clerk at the chesterfield Sherrif's department and was treated like my call wasn't important. I wish I would have gotten her name. I told her my son was screaming and has had stomach issues for the past few days but she simply said "well that is not our fault, you will have to listen to the voicemail to see what your next course of action would be". I hung up and listened to the voicemail, but the voicemail (that she had left, I could tell by the voice) did not give me any other information other than what she was telling me on the phone. I called back and was told I may have to make an appeal, but was never told what the outcome of the case was; therefore, I did not know if an appeal was necessary. She was very rude and openly uninterested in our conversation, I was even more confused after I spoke with her than before I called. She then hung up on me when I had additional questions. I am very dissatisfied with the service in chesterfield.

I've complained many time's about speeding car's in my neighborhood to no avail. The police (8)that live in the neighborhood speed in there cruisers and regular car's. That should tell you a lot about the chesterfield police department.The Rivers Trace subdivision is like a race track at times.
