The only reason that I am staying with this clinic is Dr Bonsteel. I have been his patient for almost 10 years - he is the best and most professional dentist I can ever ask for! My hygienist Valerie is also great!

The service quality and the attitude of the front desk people and some dental assistant need a lot of improvement. They don't know what they are doing. The front desk people kept sending wrong info to the insurance, which led to my appointment delayed by 2 months. They are very confused about the insurance related payment issues. The dental assistant can not even do some regular work like trying the temp crown on the tooth. She can not tell which direction is right. She can not answer regular questions like what the crown base materials are. I really doubt if they have the right qualification to work in a dentist clinic.

I had another dentist (Aspen Dental) tell me that I needed $3,800 work of work done. I went to Chestnut Hills to get a second opinion. I was really nervous about what they might say because I had just done so much work on my teeth several months ago and I was ready to just give up. However, Chestnut Hills worked with me and quoted the work I needed at $500, saving me $3,300. I will definitely be recommending them. Thank you so much, Chestnut Hills!

This dental office is really great and they have a parking lot! Brittany was really very kind as she took my x-rays and asked for my health and oral hygiene information. The examining dentist (Dr. Leobejiewski?) was very attentive to my concerns and kept me informed of what she was looking at and measuring. The clerks in the front were a little less welcoming, but effective. And finally, I am bummed out about one thing - there is not a small tv mounted to look at during the cleaning. Dentist visits are awkward and uncomfortable. Having this tool to distracted with was always helpful with settling anxiety at a previous dental office (in another state) I was a patient at, but that is unfortunately not the case here.

The service is awesome. I’ve been a patient for over 15 years. Everyone is so helpful and nice. Very family oriented and professional. I highly recommend.
