I don't have dental insurance. My previous dentist was charging me $150 for an exam and cleaning without an x-ray. They told me that they could no longer see me unless I paid and additional $150 for an x-ray. 

Katsur has done my exam, x-ray and cleaning for the past three years for $59. The dentist is very nice and I haven't had any problems. I should have switched dentists sooner.

Overall experience is okay staff are friendly. The only problem is (one)doctor Dr Angie Tinnemeyer is absolutely unprofessional with kids. She is rude towards African-American patients especially the children. She walks out the room in the middle of procedures she is rude with the parents and doesn't explain what She's doing. She told me the (father) to take my child in the bathroom and brush his teeth before she cleans them which pissed me off to say the least. Afterwards of doing what she had ask me. Dr Angie Tinnemeyer refused to do the cleaning of teeth as scheduled per visit. As a Father I have pulled my children out of this practice. And would advise anyone to find another dentist that don't discriminate against African-American Families&kids.

Pulled husbands teeth. Did impression weeks ago for temp. Then only gave him a top denture. Said it would be 12 weeks before he could get permanent dentures. Had we known this we would have went elsewhere. I do think its great they see you in emergency situations.

Posting on behalf of my brother; 2 back teeth, repeatedly filled 2 - 3 times within 1 1/2 yrs. Teeth cleanings that would some times last less than 7 minutes, most of the time never saw any floss. My brother has a cognitive disability so going to the dentist raises his anxiety extremely high regardless of his meds. When I mentioned our Dec. 2017 visit about losing the same filling for the 2nd time, the dentist said sometimes these things happen. I've had fillings (from my dentist in Greentree) for at least 10-20+ yrs., with no issues at all. It's your teeth, we don't go there any longer and we should have changed to a different Dentist at least a yr. ago. The dentist genuinely was not interested in my brother losing the fillings multiple times in the same two teeth, after the 1st time, we shouldn't have gone back.

Very friendly and nice staff. They were all very helpful and explained everything. They weren't just trying to make money off me.
