Overall the salon is cute. I went in with a friend and her hair turned out great! Mine was a completely different story. Went in for a blowout, curl and partial up do for a wedding. Let's just say a blowout here is literally getting your hair washed and blow dried. Nothing special. I had a couple curls put in my hair with no hair spray used. Basically a rats nest tease job and was sent on my way because they over booked appointments and somehow this was my fault. I rated them a 2 because my friends hair looked good. If you have to come here for hair I would use the master stylists guy.

Thank God. My stylist moved and I've been searching for someone to Do my
curls with deva the way she did. I found it here--finally. My stylist was patient and spent the extra time it takes to make my hair look perfect. The salon is nice and the chairs are super comfy. Love it! Thank you Jared.

I am never one to give bad reviews but the more I thought about my experience here the more I felt the need to warn others who may have a similar problem. I came here about a week ago for a simple root touch-up and was there for 3 hours until it was finally decent (still not great). I'll admit, my hair is a platinum blonde that is sort of hard to get just right, but I've been to multiple other salons that managed to get my roots from dark brown to blonde in one try. I had Allison (I apologize if I'm misspelling her name). She was very nice but I could tell immediately she was intimidated by the job. She bleached my roots once and they were a horrible yellow, as hair often is after being bleached. She then consulted with another stylist (which I thought was strange) about what to do next. This man, I believe his name was Mike, ended up having to coach her through my entire appointment. Without him, I'm not sure what would have happened to my hair. He instructed her to bleach my roots again, but this time she left the bleach on for too long and my roots were lighter than the rest of my head. They then had to put a gloss on my entire head, when I went in not intending to have anything done to my hair other than the roots. Finally my hair looked decent enough even though my hair was fried at this point and my scalp hurt but I was content until I went to pay. They charged me not only for the original root touch-up, but they charged me for each additional service they had to do in order to fix her mistakes.  I was so upset with the whole ordeal that I just paid and left and didn't ask any questions. The receptionists were very nice and offered me drinks, the salon itself was beautiful and impeccably clean and perhaps I would have had a better experience had I chosen a different stylist for the job, but my experience with Allison as a colorist is not one I would recommend for anyone else. Maybe she is better with cutting and styling, but do not go to her for color. I'm giving the 2 stars instead of one because the employees were nice, they did fix their mistake, and the salon did have a great ambiance.
