Horrible experience! I signed in online with a very difficult process just to find out we had to still wait an hour when we arrived. Katherine was the stylist for my 10 year old son. She was not friendly and initially took 5 minutes to cut my son’s hair. After which i explained we didnt want 4 inches of hair in his eyes. Then the stylist comes back to tell me she found nits in my sons hair. By the way, I am a RN and it was dandruff. Well after arguing w me and making my son feel completely embarrassed and uncomfortable, another stylist intervened that it was in fact dandruff. That stylist could use more education amd professional skills! Not a kid friendly spot and we wont be back!!

Slowest service ever. There is absolutely no sense of urgency here or respect for clients time. This is a place where you are obviously a customer not a client. They took 10 minutes to perfect a chalkboard sign that read, "45 min wait". Angry women who are calling customers that have already left and are surprised they have. Now they are having a meeting about what to do when customers leave without telling them and they are griping at each other. Very sad. I'm sure this is not the business model Sport Clips intended.

I'm not sure why everyone hates on SportsClips... I've been to both locations in Asheville and they're much better than other chains. The staff are friendly, and the wait really isn't too bad. If you want to make appointments, go somewhere else.

My barber quit so I was looking for a new place to get my hair cut as I need it every week. 
This place is awful. Walked in at about 7:45 PM expecting to get service. Was IMMEDIATELY told from a lady cutting hair in the back that there was a wait and if I stayed it would be AFTER they closed. I said I had no problem waiting, so I preceded to sign in, where she once again yelled; “LIKE I SAID if you wait it will be AFTER WE CLOSE!” I walked out. Pretty sure she was happy about that. That’s what she wanted. 
I will never step foot in place again. The employees are rude. Biltmore barber is much better. Maurice over there takes care of me now. I just love when someone’s poor work ethic stops them from making more money.
