I've been with ideal image for some time now. The original consultant I had was great. Every time I call Ideal image this time around, they put me on hold to consult about my visits. Whether it's money or follow up visits. The owner is very helpful and will listen to your needs. You don't talk to him directly, but the Regional director is very good. It's almost sad when you call a place and constantly have to escalate a call yourself. Clearly the office staff, besides the nursing and PA have not had any professional training. Treatments work when you are consistent. But just a fair warning, things will never be handled at the office level. You will constantly have to escalate calls yourself and go over their heads.  Be prepared. I'm constantly prepared for every call, to be put on hold and to be discussed among office staff. Every single time. You would think the office staff owned the place and your money went into their pockets directly. Unprofessional. But the owner is fair and knows how to do business. But the office staff don't know anything about customer service. At all!!!!

I am so please with the results I am seeing with my tattoo removal. The staff is so helpful and kind. I would and have recommended Ideal Image of Asheville to several people. Keep up the good work girls.

I went in to see about laser hair removal after dealing with issues in my bikini area for years. Once there they reeled me in with a great deal, no interest for two years! Well, I thought, on my nonprofit salary that's great! The treatment itself has helped me in my problem area and I have been making my payment every month on time, however, this month I noticed that my balance had nearly doubled! The interest had been accruing the whole time instead of starting after the two years and there had been no real warning that this was about to happen. Sure it is in the fine print, but I had just been going on my merry way paying the suggested amount. If I had known they were going to double my balance of $450 I would have paid that day! Yes, I know I should have been more aware of what I was getting into, but it seems very suspicious that these "warnings" are just tucked into the regular verbiage. Every other place I have come across will add an extra note to your bill or highlight the section with the statement letting you know you are about to get dinged. So after two years of payment, I am back at square one. The sad thing is, I actually liked the experience, staff and results, and had been recommending it to others, but this whole thing has left a bad taste in my mouth now.

My experience with Ideal Image has been amazing! Everyone was smiling when I walked in. Mari was nothing but professional during my injections and politely walked me through everything. Amy was happy to schedule my initial appointment. Thank you Ideal Image!

Overall, the staff that performed the treatments were very nice and friendly. The issue I have is with the advertising and the consultation I received. The advertising on the radio at the time I signed on said "hair free, guaranteed." I asked about this during my consultation and was told with my dark hair that I would have no problems and would be hair free after the 9 treatments.  I was told during my consultation that they had a Life Time membership if my hair should come back due to changes in hormones but NOTHING was mentioned that the 9 treatments may not work completely. NOTHING was mentioned about just reducing. After the 9th treatment, I was asked if I wanted to book another appointment and I did thinking they would hold to the "guarantee" of hair free. Nothing was mentioned at the time I booked the appointment or when they called to confirm my appointment the day before. I show up, taking time off work and was told I need to start paying for any extra treatments and that for some people the 9 treatments isn't enough. They need more to get the hair free. This was the first time I had heard this in the 2 years it took to get the entire 9 treatments. If they truly are knowledgeable health care professionals and know what they are doing, have gotten this down to an exact science (as the commercial says), then they should have seen this was going to be an issue. It would have been nice to have been warned at the beginning or sometime within the two years before I wasted my time at my "10th" appointment before I got "sorry but that's it. I don't know what you were told at consultation but this is how it is." That is very poor business practice.
