Horrible they lied to me. Try to charge me more than $200 on my hair they did a strand test with 10 volume on black hair for 5 minutes. They never washed it out when I didn't want it done by them and it never changed color it just smelled like a scented perfume would not recommend them the salon manager was completely unprofessional. The girl they had told he was going to do my hair and I had an appointment only at an hour to do a full head of highlights and die but she said she'd have to finish it the next day. Are you kidding me. I wouldn't let my dogs but get trimmed there

Friendly and professional....I am always happy with their work. Ally is so talented with color and Michelle gives the best manicure, pedicure, and brows I have ever had. Love this place ❤️

overall experience is wonderful.  Melissa is number 1 choice for facial, lashes, mani-pedi, nail art, waxing.  great personality always a smile.  Ive walked out with more than I've walked in for because its so easy & accommodating to add on a hair wash & cut too

I wish I could give them half a star! I walked in to Chez Ann salon asking if they could remove my sculpting gel and apply a new set as well as soak off my daughters tips. I wasn't expecting them to do it right then and there I would gladly have made an appointment for a later date or time. The receptionist was so rude. Answering me with a cold no we don't do acrylic! So I told her this is sculpting gel and she quickly said we don't do that either. I said and soaking off tips? No was the answer to that too. I just moved to Williamsville from New Jersey and thought I'll get someone as capable and professional as the nail salon I used to frequent. This was horrible unprofessional conversation because it was no service

Love, love, love Chez Ann Salon!  Both my daughter and I have our hair done here as well as gel manicures.  Melissa, Marina, Audrey, and Elizabeth are true professionals!
