I had an awesome and totally different experience at this location than at the location in Lancaster/Central Ave.    I came from the other store already frustrated with my son who was nervous about getting a haircut.   Frank was awesome, professional and did his best to make my son feel comfortable.  Thank you for the good customer service and positive attitude.

I stopped in for a haircut, on a whim. This was the worst experience I have received, in a long time. The hair stylist was having a hard time combing through my hair. She asked if my hair was dirty and I had said yes. I then told her I would pay for a wash, as I know my hair is difficult to manage when dirty. She said its alright. Throughout the duration of the hair cut, the hair stylist continued to pull and tug her way through my hair. Halfway through, I informed the stylist that she was really hurting me. Her reply was, "well, your hair is dirty." I then replied that I was aware of that and that is why I offered to pay for a wash. She informed me that she was already half way through the cut, so she would just finish. At that time, she was a bit more gentle, but my scalp was already stinging from the constant pulling, and my neck sore from fighting against the pulling. 

I also had gotten a hair cut for my 15 year old daughter. A gentleman came in from the back door, smelling of cigarette smoke. I informed him, that she needed a trim and all of her ends cleaned up. I said she had layers that she was growing out, but still needed everything cleaned up for hair health and growth. The gentleman, brushed her hair straight down, and just cut straight along the bottom edge.  It took all of 10 seconds, and he was like done. After having her stand up to look at her hair, I noticed that the cut was crooked, for one, and two it was then that I noticed he didn't clean up or trim the ends of her layers. 

Very unhappy with my experience at this location, and I can say without a doubt, that I will not be returning.

Tried many stores. Only staff here can do my hair right. No appointment needed. Very good service.

Great cut and they get you in quickly. I love that you can check on online before you even go and they give you an estimated wait time!
