My Mother went there today....on her Birthday 83 years old....and they butchered her hair....all she wanted was a trim and they cut it all off....She also told me she has been going here for many many years....alot of them do know her and No one says Hello or acknowledges her at all..SHe had to wait a long time while other people came in and were seated before her.....She stated that while she was there they were very friendly with some other customers who came in.....I will make sure I get my Mother to go somewhere else...I usually buy her a Gift Card for here but that will end and I will find her another place that shows appreciation for ALL their customers and does not Butcher her hair....

Didn't get what I asked and showed the girl, not so nice but it's the first time it happened. I may go back when my hair grows back from a butchered cut but I will refuse that girl.

Just got my hair cut. The worst hair cut i have ever got in my life. Asked for a fade and she buzzed my head with one thing. Missed a lot of hair on the side of my head. Will never go there again!!!!!!
