This is the worst hospital ever.  I have never in my life seen such lazy staff in my life.  My mother would wait 30 minutes for a nurse to come help her to the bathroom.  We would call for things like ice, blanket, or to turn off a beeping machine and it would be 45 minutes before we saw anybody.  This wasn't on just one floor- she was on 3 different floors.  There was a roach crawling on the floor one night and another room had a dried up onion on the floor right by the bed.  It was disgusting.  If something fell on the floor they would pick it up and give it to her.  One lady dropped a wipe that my mom was to use in the restroom and she reached down, picked it up and tried to hand it to my mom.  Never ever will we step foot in this place.

I have had many many experiences with this hospital over my 49 years of living in little Rock and my family avoids St Vincent at all costs.  Today just happened to remind me why, my best friend and I waited for two hours to see her husband after surgery.  But this was an additional two hours after we were told we would be taken to see him in a few minutes.  Then when we inquired about what happened or why weren't we told etc. We get excuses of oh it happens all the time.  Just calm down go wait and someone will come get us.

Best Experience at CHI St. Vincent.  My mom was in the hospital for a little under a week.  She had the best doctor, case manager, nurses and staff.  Thank you Dr. Steijen, Clara and all the nurses and staff for making her experience great considering the circumstances.  So very appreciative of you.

I went in for testing on two occasions and the staff was very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and went above and beyond their duties. The facility was clean and appeared to be functioning professionally. I dealt with the MRI area and Cath Lab...lived the overall experience

Went thru er and everyone was so helpful and nice. Daniel and Jasmine are the only names I can remember and they went out of their way to help. I understand how busy the hospital is but did take a long time to get moved to ICU room. Nadia in ICU is also wonderful.
