Dr.Dillard has been through 4 generations of my family. Sadly it is about to stop with me. I went in for a physical wellness screening, I gave them the paperwork for lab. The nurse said "ok, no problem, ill fax it once the results are in". I said "no, please CALL me so i can pick it up. This has to be turned into my job. Therefore they can add what they need to then send it over". She said ok..... well 2 weeks and 3 non returned phone calls later, I finally got my paperwork, all to find out it was faxed a week before. Unsure why none of my other calls were returned. Then, I turn in my paperwork to my job, all to find out it wasnt completed. The nurse failed to tell me i needed to fast for 3 of the blood works. If I knew that, I would have rescheduled for a different day. OR, if she would have called me back, I would have rescheduled within the 2 weeks i was waiting for her phone call. Now, I am back to work from being on maternity leave, I work 40 minutes away and I have to figure out a way to get there to REDO the lab work and back to work. Then, make sure it gets back to my job within the next 3 business days, otherwise I lose $250 that I need, because...well, I just had a baby!!!! Its sad I am switcing doctors all because a nurse failed to return my call, this could have been resolved 2 weeks ago...but of course nothing is ever their fault.

They did it again St. Vincent's clinic on university is the best doctors care I've ever been in.Christmas Day as I spent in the E R (  not Saint Vincent's )they ran a battery of test on me and sent  home.  Three days later I walked into St. Vincent's clinic and in less than 10 minutes the doctor diagnosed me gave me a prescription and he nailed it 100% .Today I took my wife after over two months of a terrible  cough two weeks ago I took her to E.R  ( again not St. Vincent's )they kept her overnight till the next  evening totally missed diagnosed her. And it was a bad experience .So today I took her to St. Vincent's clinic they settled she's had for two months and really getting bad and keep at her up most of night. within minutes  of walking into St. Vincent's clinic she was diagnosed and again he nailed it.  If you're having issues I highly recommend.  Dr. S Nallur  Channaktishna  I take this very serious as he does his job thank you so much St. Vincent Hospital for this clinic Dr.Channaktishna   He is an asset to you and to the American medical Association

Dr William Joseph & his staff are wonderful. I've been coming to him for 10 years. He's seen me through several different issues. Always nice, friendly, & cares. He or his nurse are always a phone call away.

Dr. Casper is the most incompetent doctor in the state of Arkansas. And all of the employees are rude at this place. Do not visit ever.
