HORRIBLE!!!! I went last Saturday (April 21, 2018) and the manager was screaming at all of her workers the entire time. Getting your nails and toes done is supposed to be relaxing but it was hard to relax when the manager is constantly yelling at people. They were very busy and they were rushing their nails - the manger put on my nails crooked due to her not taking her time. Then, I decided to get my lip waxed and the manager did that as well. She put wax all over my upper lip and even got it on my nose and lip. I now have MISSING SKIN on the corner of my mouth because she didn’t get all the wax off my face and I had to try to rub it off with oil the other day. I have PROM this Saturday and some of my facial skin is missing. Not to mention the pain I’m in due to pieces of my skin missing on the corner of my mouth. My friends have also had bad experiences here. I 100% will never go back here and I recommend you do the same.

Today, I checked out the their liberty location and I was extremely satisfied with my service. Not only were the staffs friendly but they were also very knowledgeable. I appreciated the attention to details that I received. Will definitely be returning and I highly recommend!

I would give zero stars if I could. Went for my mother and aunts birthday. They sat us clear across the salon from each other and we couldn’t talk. We all left paying for more than what we asked for. My aunt asked for a basic manicure with regular polish. They made her pick a gel color. My mom the same. When they reiterated that they wanted regular manicures, they insisted it was “better” to pick a gel color and would not allow them to pick a regular polish. I got a pedicure and they made me get the “spa” pedi which is $10 more, because she said my calluses were “very bad”. My feet were not bad, I keep up with my feet well, and I also do nails for a living so I’m sure I know what I’m talking about. She only put a callus softener on my feet and charged $10 extra. She also cut my toe nails so short that I’m having trouble working out and standing at work, my nails are SORE. 

I will never return. They are pushy and don’t allow you to get what you ask for.

I spent a good sum of money here only to have rude workers that cannot do nails right and never apologize.  Charge 5 dollars to fix nails they didn't do right in the first place and not to mention the bring blood by not caring what they do.  Never going back to this place,  used to be great! Not anymore.

Looks like a 10 year old did my gel manicure and the tech that did my pedicure wouldn’t take no for an answer and pretty much bullied me into the most expensive pedi. Never going back!!!!!
