I love everything about club 7. The location is perfect, the gym is huge, the equipment is top notch, its never over crowded. They have a great smoothie/shake bar, great classes and informational classes, the staff is awesome and very helpful. Always willing to help out with advice or questions you might have or need. I lived in Blue Springs for awhile and used Club 7 and was sad when I moved away. I now live in Liberty Mo and after using a couple gyms up here none compare to how happy I was with Club 7. My boyfriend and I will be making frequent trips all the way to Club 7 in blue springs just to get a good, quality workout in in a environment we are comfortable and happy in. Thank you everyone at Club 7 for helping me stay healthy and fit!

I've been a member of Club 7 for a few years now, but just had my first appointment at Spa 7 last night. I had the fat flush done and loved it! Stacey was very informative of what I was having done, how I would feel and what results I would see. The prices are very reasonable and the staff makes it worth it. I felt amazing afterwards and even still saw results the next morning. Plus, they will even work with you on times to come in, I work during the day so they stayed late to accommodate me. I would highly recommend Spa 7 to anyone. I will definitely be back to see them!

I've been a member since the new gym opened. I never want to cancel my membership. I love the management, the people who work out there, and the Spa.

Best gym I have been to, hands down.
Owner/manager Matt is in quite a bit, and always is very friendly, taking a proactive & personal interest.
Great equipment, clean, friendly staff, full service.
