He was very nice in person. However, I have been waiting for Dr. Gluskin to call me back with very important test results for over a month now. I call there at least once a week and if they even answer the phone, I am told by the receptionist that he will get back to me that day, but I still haven't heard from him. This makes me feel that I am not being taken seriously and that no one at this practice cares about my health or doing their job.
