Dr. Alfe and staff are awesome! I wanted a quick fix on my smile and did a lot of research on where to go etc, and after visiting Dr. Alfe i was impressed and chose her office due to her honesty and detailed explanation of what results might look like. I was very pleased with my results and Dr. Alfe was great through out the whole process. But it wasn't just Dr. Alfe's expertise that made my time here great, unlike other Dr. visits i enjoyed being there and looked forward to every visit! Sarah, part of her team, was amazing always willing to help accommodate appts to fit my schedule, not to mention the great sports and vacation conversations! Seriously a great bunch at this office and pleased with my results!

Tomorrow is the Big Day!!! I posted a review, at the beginning of my journey with my braces(Six Month Smile). However, I don't know what happen to the review. Hopefully, I get it right this time around. Several months ago, I came across this exceptional woman, to say the least. After thorough research, I knew she was the woman for the job. Wow! Dr. Alfe, you exceeded my expectations. Let's face it, you're a SuperWoman!!! Lol. Furthermore, I was insecure with my bottom row and it was hampering me from socializing with new people. Though, I always wore a big smile. I just did not talk much, and now, I'm talking a little bit too much these days. I have to shush myself at times, but I am enjoying my new confidence. Getting braces, was a way of me working on myself, and I am loving the results. I actually fell in love with my braces; though, I am tired of food getting stuck in them or cutting my meat into smaller proportions. However, I'm not ready for our upcoming appointment and I hope I can hold back the tears. Another three weeks, please! Lol Dr. Alfe, you're an inspiration! Thank you again and along with your incredible staff. XOXO

I went to Dr. Alfe when I began experiencing major issues from TMJ pain that I had not dealt with before. She is extremely personable and informative. I ended up getting an NTI to wear at night to help with the pain...so far it is much improved and its been less than a week! The pain was unbearable so any improvement for me is awesome. It was also nice being able to take the NTI home with me that day, as I know a lot of offices you have to wait a week.

Had a great experience at Chicago Smile Spa. Dr. Alfe answered all of my questions and made sure I was confident and comfortable with my upcoming procedure. The staff are extremely friendly and the best part no waiting. If you want personalized attention in a professional dental office...go to Dr. Alfe.

My experience at Chicago Smile Spa has honestly been life changing. I'm 36 and have very few photos where I'm smiling with my mouth open. When I got Six Month Smiles from Dr. Alfe, many of my friends remarked that they've never really seen my teeth before. Now I'm about a month away from getting my braces removed and my smile is completely transformed. This was my fourth trip for an orthodontist consultation in about 10 years, but for various reasons none of the previous doctors made me feel confident in their abilities or comfortable with them. Braces cost a lot of money, and quite frankly I wasn't going to pay that to get the condescending "little lady" treatment each month. From the very beginning, with a phone call from Dr. Alfe, I got the personal attention and the expertise I needed to make my decision an easy one. And with each visit to her office, I'm reminded of what a great decision that was. She sets a vibrant, welcoming tone for her office and has an equally amazing staff supporting her (hi, Sarah!). I'm so happy with the process and the results, I'm literally smiling about it. Thank you so much, Dr. Alfe.
