Dr. "Rusty" Stein was awesome at getting me an emergency SATURDAY appointment before I left town for Christmas. I requested one via email around 10 o'clock at night and he called me the same night. 
When I didn't answer, he emailed and I got right in the next morning. 

He treated me seriously and effectively, as he put it "attacking the problem hard before it is a real issue" and I appreciated that as I had very vague/hard-to-describe pain. 
He did an ultrasound and showed me the problem areas for myself, explaining that he didn't think it was serious enough for further scans at this point. 

You just have to remember doctors are people too and sometimes their brains ARE being pulled in a million directions. But I will be scheduling my follow-up with Dr. Stein in a week. He was easy to talk to, didn't rush me, seemed savvy on sports related injuries and current medical trends.
