I came here to treat an ear infection and for a couple of follow up appointments and had a great experience. The facility is modern, spotlessly clean and relaxing - exactly what a healthcare facility should be. The staff are all very friendly, and made my visits very easy. I was especially appreciative of the thorough care provided by Julianne Wong, she is an excellent PA and was extremely kind.

I came here because I was ill and found this one on google near where I was staying while in Chi. I had a great experience , friendly staff and good service! The PA (Wong) was very knowledgeable and took her time with me, which was very appreciated. I would recommend this urgentcare/ come back here!

Went in sick as a dog, could barely speak. The front desk person, nurse, and doctor all recognized this and were quite prompt and accomodating. Within 10 minutes of arriving they gave me anti-nausea medication and kept me there for about 30 minutes to make sure I was able to hold water down. The doctor was extremely considerate and seemed genuinely concerned for my well being. Did not have insurance and paid an easy one-time fee for being seen. Great experience!! (Minus the nausea)

The doctor told me my tonsils didn't look too swollen... I don't have tonsils (she wasn't joking either). That's alarming. Additionally did not feel that some severe symptoms I was having were investigated enough if at all. Would recommend the Walgreens clinic down the street instead

I had a fairly negative experience here. When I arrived at 5:30 on a Wednesday, there were only two people waiting, and my estimated wait time was 21-31 minutes. That ended up being about an hour. When I got to the room, it was clear that it was my doctor's first day working at the clinic. I was understanding of this, but what bothered me was that the room was clearly not stocked with basic things needed for exams. As a result, my doctor left me in the room for 5-10 minutes at a time, at least 4 times. 3/4 times I was disrobed, sitting on the exam table in a paper gown, freezing my butt off. It was really unprofessional and frustrating. After my appointment was done, the doctor told me to wait in the room, because a nurse would be in shortly with my paperwork. About 10 minutes later, I walked out of the room to see that the paperwork had been printed, was sitting face up on the countertop with all my personal info for anyone to see (other patients walked through the area). The nurse was off doing something else. I took my papers and left, 2 hours after arriving. Poor service, unprofessional behavior, disrespect for my
time, and mismanagement of my personal information mean I will not be returning to this location.
