Did a night drop off. Not very well lit. There was a mustang there taking up two spots but no one was in the office.
There's no place or direction for key drop off so you have to assume you put it in the mail slot and you did it correct.
We also returned a trailer was incredibly hard to drop off with the narrow road and poor lighting.

VERY BAD SERVICE ,DO  NOT GO THERE ,MADE MY RESERVATION 2 WEEKS BEFORE MY TRIP WITH MANAGER DARIEN HARRIS WHO IS GENERAL MANAGER THERE  ,CAME ON THE DAY FOR PICK-UP BUT THE  TRAILER WASN'T THERE   ,I DON'T NEED HIS  SORRY.I HAD  TO SPEND TWO HOURS OF MY TIME LOOKING FOR ANOTHER SMALL TRAILER,BECAUSE OF LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY,  DON'T TRUST HIM .

place was great. prices were best in town and the guys that run it are good people. I walked through the same room miss Gomez did and it was where they stored all their U-Haul accessories it def was not a living room. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family

Two guys run & live in this place and I had to walk thru their living room to see units?? I was afraid to be attacked in this place? I opted not to return, just didn't feel safe here.
