Customer service exceeds expectations. The moment you walk in to a clean, organized office setting. You know you will be taken care of. The attention that Mrs. Shirley and Mrs. Christine pay to detail, will have you resting assured. There was never a moment, I had to worry about my items stored. Easy in and out! Are you looking for somewhere safe, clean, and with a happy staff? THIS IS THE PLACE!!

I've had a storage space here for over ten years. 24hr access, the rates are reasonable, the place is always clean and Shirly & Christine couldn't be nicer folks to know. Not that I've needed much over a ten year period but when I do, they are the best to take care of me. It is one thing in my life that I never have to worry about. Thank you Shirly & Christine !

Storage Town on Stage Rd in Bartlett is the best place for anything needing storage. The women that manage the place, Ms. Christine and Ms. Shirley are great and very professional. They treat you and your storage like its gold! Thank you so much. You ladies there are the best!

We have used many storage facilities in NYC, Tennessee and Mississippi and nothing is better than Storage Towne of America, 5900 Stage Road in Bartlett!!! First, the customer service by Shirley and Christine who manage the front desk is excellent. Not only does this Mother and Daughter team get things done for you when requested, they provide free water, snacks and the restroom is kept so clean. They offer a family type atmosphere where you will see their cute dog and greeted by a smile, but these ladies take care of business. Very professional. Our storage is located outside. The area is kept clean. You will see Shirley or Christine spraying, sweeping and driving their cart outside to make sure everyone's storage is kept clean and safe. The facility is located in an excellent business and shopping center location. The storage is gated so you have 24/7 access. You may leave a spare set of keys at the front desk. You may also keep a pair of keys on you allowing you access when the front office is closed. Bottom line, if you want a storage with excellent customer service, protected, clean, free snacks, clean restroom and located in an excellent location...Storage Towne of America in Bartlett is #1.

The lovely ladies operating the Bartlett location completely blew us away with their kindness, compassion and professionalism. While we were in a major life change transition it was comforting to know our items were secure and our needs were met.
