Been here a few times but today is one of those days no one can explain. Appointment is for 3:30pm and it's 8pm. I get told once they have a door available they will call me . I see three door ready to be used. And I had other people in front of me. What the heck ??  I think the big fellow inside is getting tired of his job in shipping/receiving. He keep a poor customer since the first day iv meet the guy. I'm going to rethink of ever picking up candy from these folks ever again. No point of moving their product if they can't do things right.  Never come here on a Friday !!!

I checked in before a 12:30 p.m. appointment. I was told I needed to go 16 miles away to pick up my load at another location of creative works. Plenty of no thru trucks on that route let me tell you.

No complaints. Easy backing loaded me in about 1 hour but waited about 1 for a door. Park along curb and check in beside door 15

Descent place just be sure your showing up with a clean dry odor free trailer or they will say it's dirty and frozen even when it's 80 degrees 😝 Oh yeah they do have over night parking

They offloaded me fast, had a 4am delivery appt, got there at 7pm the night before, and was out of there by 9pm...just beware of pretty big coyotes running around building at night..😬
