To Lem and Trinh Durden: During my time at this location, it seems as if I faced some obvious discrimination. As to why, I can't be sure. However, when considering multiple encounters with certain persons, I can use these experiences to speculate the cause for this discrimination. To begin with, my personal life, specifically regarding me and my parents' financial status was a topic frequently brought up by employees of all levels, from Team Members to directors. For example, I noticed a monumental change in Trinh's attitude towards me after she had seen the vehicle I drive. Before, she was incredibly friendly and heartwarming. After, I frequently received dirty looks, and noticed a profound drop in her level of friendliness towards me. This same thing happened with other employees, with some even going as far to say that I’m “too wealthy to be working here”. Also, it seems as if I was punished for things that were either trivial, or out of my power to fix. For example, when I made the attempt to speak with Trinh and ask why I was not being scheduled anymore, her main response was "Well I heard from a someone that you didn't put names on a few orders." I find this absolutely foolish! Is it really necessary to nearly terminate an employee over an issue as simple and easily corrected as this one? Furthermore, when Trinh spoke with my mother and I, she confidently assured us that if there was any problem with my performance, that I would be “formally met with and informed” of my infractions. Yet, this never occurred. So, from the parameters of this situation, it is conclusive that Trinh effectively lied, and did not stay true to her word. About two weeks before the time this letter was written, I stopped receiving the emails for the schedule, which effectively proves that I was removed from the Chick Fil A payroll system. This rose suspicion within me about my employment being within jeopardy. My suspicion was confirmed when I noticed that I was removed from the team member work chat. My question is simple: What had I done, that was apparently so atrocious that I was terminated, without even a notice of it? Why did management not inform me that they felt I was apparently performing poor? Does a business of this caliber seriously thing it is appropriate and professional to quietly terminate an employee that is unaware that they were doing anything wrong? In conclusion, I was unknowingly terminated without official notice, for a seemingly trivial reason that leads one to believe that there is a possibility of discrimination taking place in this location. I strongly believe you should take a second, and ask Father God to give you the knowledge and mindset to understand the points I made, and to assist you on the path of revising your managing tactics to avoid hurting other more vulnerable souls. At last, my final question remains: If you, Lem and Trinh, treated me this way without showing the slightest bit of remorse, how many others have you turned your backs on, and are you really the types of people we want managing this restaurant? One of the longest lines you will find in the mall except on Sunday. Great food and great services. Always greeting you with a smile. Really enjoy the experience.

It got so busy once that there were about 9 employees standing side by side behind every register helping out each customer. Also, there were 2 employees on the floor helping the customers out. The service went quick and got my order right. Every employee I have encountered seems to love their job, always smiling or at least tries to give me the best service. I definitely recommend this fast-food chain, you won't be let down.

I work in the mall, I go there every day! Never had a bad experience and customer service is the BEST!! 😄😄😄
