Exactly what you would expect. No sit down eating inside. Some outdoor tables. This was an old Checkers converted into Chick-fil-A. Huge upgrade. Still only a drive-thru with some outdoor seating pretty busy on the weekends especially in the morning. Surprise surprise.

Ordering options are either by mobile app, at the drive thru or the walk-up window. They are always busy, but they do a great job getting the orders ready and to the customer. Great menu options - mobile app is easy to use and really eliminates order errors and/or omissions. This location has limited parking and the adjacent streets provide next to no options. I have found the easiest method is ordering via the mobile app, parking a little ways down the street, walking up to the window and usually within 1-2 minutes they call my name to get my orders. Always hot and always delicious.

You know how you're suppose to feel welcomed when entering a fast food establishment? Well, don't expect that experience here. The employees are very rude, they could at least pretend to look interested in what the customer is saying, we're paying for your service. Ordering online for this location doesn't help at all, you will still have to wait for more than 5 minutes for your food to be ready. They didn't even start my order when I ordered online for the first time. Don't go here, the types of people that work here and the people from the community will make anyone with social anxiety feel really uncomfortable.

I never understood the fans that CFA has. It must be some sort of tribal thing. The food is Ok, but absolutely nothing I'd go out of my way for. The chicken sandwiches are not very special. Yes it is chicken, which may actually be a selling point in the fast food space these days. It isn't very flavorful chicken however, and the "spicey" versions just add heat with no depth of flavor. The nuggets and stripes are whole chicken which is a positive since most competitors sell chopped shaped glued together chicken leftovers with ample chicken fat, skin, and fillers. Ever wonder where the skin goes from the nice boneless breasts you buy in the grocery? Nuggetized! The three standouts are salads, fries, and shakes. The waffle fries were always a nice change for all the opposite reasons McD's fries are good. A potato with some body and never greasy or soggy from my experience. The shakes are a fairly honest straight-up milkshake. Nothing special but an honest shake. The one standout food item are the salads. They are very tasty and make a nice lunch. They have some nice dressing choices. The only problem with the salads are the prices — at least at this location. At over $8 for a reasonably sized salad, it is double the fair price for this item. It would be a great $5 salad, but a rip-off at $8+...

Mobile app is incredible! Waiting in line is just not necessary. Have always loved Chick-fil-A for the food, the I didn't think anything could top that - I was wrong. Amazing food combined with convenience and accessibility. And an added bonus with the mobile app - as you use it, you earn rewards like free fruit cups, breakfast biscuits, etc. I just cannot fathom why someone would not choose to simplify their fast food experience and earn freebies to boot. Yum.
