While I do enjoy the Spicy Southwest Salad, when it's made correctly, I find that roughly 50% of the time it's wrong. I always ask for fried chicken instead of grilled, which is the core of their errors. This time I was fortunate enough to receive the fried chicken, but it was uncut. Yes, they simply rested an uncut chicken patty on top of my salad. Occasionally they fail to put fried chicken on the salad and provide me with the default grilled chicken. The best one was when they put no chicken at all on my salad. They gave me a chicken-less salad even after I had an in depth conversation with the cashier about putting fried chicken on the salad. 

I understand that people make mistakes, and I'm not usually one to complain, but this salad baffles these Chick-fil-A employees about half of the time. I never ask for anything in return when they make these mistakes. I do not want free food. I do not want a refund. I only want them to stop messing up my order.

Best drive-thru experience ever. They are sweet and personable. They greet you by name and are able to be understood.
