We came in from Laredo and wow! What amazing customer service. The chick fil a in Laredo located at Loop 20 Independence Plaza has the worst customer service from employee to management. Was ready to ban chick fil a altogether. In McAllen, it was such a refreshing experience.

Great service.. feel bad for the employees.. people from "other countries" let their kids make a big mess and don't clean after them. Great job keeping the establishment nice and clean by the employees though .

I really like this sandwich, the original Chic-fil-A! The restaurant is always very clean! And the personnel is very courteous and helpful!

They've make messuos on simple orders... that RUINE family meals when i get home WITHOUT food I pay for.. and just mow gave them a 2nd chance, and simply cant put cheese on a sandwich they can charge me for! Might be fast ser vice, but not accurate at all.. I will be taking my business to another one that can do it right...
