I've been to Red Robin before, with great food and great service, but this location was horrible. First off, we came in at 9:00, about an hour before closing, and the kitchen was being closed up. We got a seat, and it took about 15 min just to get a drink order, and it took about a good 20 minutes to get our drinks. Then, 45 minutes to get our food order, and about 30 to get our food. But the worst is that not everyone got their food, and one of my friends ordered one of the special burgers without pickles and lettuce, and got a completely different burger still WITH pickles and lettuce. Not to mention when we told them it wasn't his order, they said because he was the only person without a meal that he had to take it. Not even to the last part my other friends burger tasted nothing like what ingredients were in the burger. The last meal we got was a kids pizza, and when we asked where his food was, they replied to us "We have it ready, we just need to dust it off." Like I'm sorry, but if that's the case they need a new oven. We got out at least by 12:00 and if they were mad that was their fault.

This is a burger 'n' beer place, so those are your best bets. However, they do make a good cobb salad. Forget about wine, they serve it in tiny individual bottles--like soda. We visit more often than we otherwise would because they have a dog-friendly patio.

I had never tried the hamburgers until recently. And I don't know why I waited so long! Definitely recommend this place for customized hamburgers.

Horrible service. I felt rushed to order, rushed to eat and unwelcomed, even though I entered the restaurant at 10:00pm. Right after we got there and started eating most of the employees were cleaning up, putting chairs on top of tables and closing sections. The server was rude, unhappy to serve us and very unfriendly. She was chewing gum and kept talking to us like if she knew us. She forgot our order of onion rings and just assumed that I wanted ranch dressing with my salad. She did not even bother to ask if we wanted our tab, she just asked us to pay on the tablet that was on the table. Two employees were serving what seemed to be their family members or people they knew. The employees these "guests" with the best attitude and best food. Served them everything while sitting with them and talking. One of the employees seemed to be the manager, he was serving his friends or family, sat with them for a while and them go back to the kitchen to talk to employees. It was very annoying to see that you are paying for a service and someone that's not paying anything gets better service than you. I do not give this place a star I give it a -5 star.
