Visit this location 2 - 3 times a week.  I always go through the drive through.  Very courteous young people taking orders and taking money.  My last 2 visits, I have gotten back to my office and something was missing.  Last week it was a fork (no biggie, I had one at my desk) today it was my creamy salsa salad dressing.  After paying almost $18 for 2 salads you'd think we could get some dressing.  I called and spoke to who I guess was the manager.  He apologized and said he'd talk to the baggers.  Um, OK...that did not solve my no dressing issue.  Very unsatisfied.

The customer service is always friendly. The chicken is always fresh. They get you quickly through the drive thru line. The drinks are fresh and not old or taste carbonated.

We've been to the Gallatin location two times. I don't know if it's just this location but they've been really busy both times. Still, it didn't seem like it was an all day affair. Their food and costumer service experiences were among the best of the "fat food" ,,, I mean "fast food" chains!

Very busy but staff helpful and pleasant.  Food was good with minimal wait.  A little messy but primarily due to rapid turnover of tables during lunchtime rush!

I love, love, love Chik-fil-A.  The food is always hot, fresh, and quickly served.  Don't be fooled by how many cars are in the parking lot, because they're probably sending orders out of the kitchen faster than you can say "Bob's your uncle."  They also have the only waffle fries I will eat from a fast food restaurant.  Sometimes I wish they were open on Sunday, but I also appreciate their decision to give their folks a day off.
