Sonic is always my go-to fast food over McDonald's. I love the burgers and tater tots, however I've removed a star due to the time it takes to receive my food. It always feels like it takes forever Everytime i come.

Ive been to both the Sonic on gallatin pike next to blue grass liquors and the Sonic on new Shackle island. The new Shackle sonic is much better. The staff is muc friendlier and apparently better trained on the drink machines. The bluegrass sonic employees make your sonic blasts using the master shake machine where the new shackle sonic makes your drink properly.  I recently visited the new shackle sonic and my food and drinks were perfect. I visited the bluegrass sonic and Bart was on fountain and halfassed my sonic blast. He didnt even make it right. He just slapped it together with whatever he wanted instead of making it the way it was supposed to be made.

Fast and friendly service.  Food came out quick and correct.  Easy to use credit card for food but no place for tip for car hop.  Raid your change in your car to tip her/him.
