Terribly slow. Decided to try the naked egg breakfast taco. Spent 15 minutes in line with 4 cars in front of me and the line never moved. Three cars gave up and drove off. Once we got to the window we had to repeat our order because apparently the drive offs confused them. As we were waiting at the window the car that was managed to be served before us came back around  and walked up to the window to get their order corrected. Naked egg tacos were cold. I can say I've had my Taco Bell breakfast experience and that there will not be a repeat. I don't know if that is the usual service at that location (or taco bell in general) as I hardly ever go there, but if it is then they need some serious improvement.

I went to the Taco Bell on Indian lake during my break at 3:40pm I walked up to the first door and it was locked so I tried the second door and it was locked too but the staff inside pointed me toward the drive thru, so I drove up to see what the problem was and wasn’t even greeted and I asked the lady why couldn’t I eat inside and she rudely informed me that they’re only 2 employees on the clock as well as ask me sarcastically if I wanted to come inside and work.  Definitely not what I expected from a store that usually runs well

When I visited this location, I was greeted by several friendly employees. The young man on the register, Morgan, I believe his name was, took my order with enthusiasm. In between each customer, he cleaned the seating area of the restaurant, which was refreshing to see. Everything was great! My food was correct and made quickly. I would recommend this Taco Bell.

This Taco Bell is a very good location. I received prompt service and the food was of good quality. The workers here were also very lively and enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

Normally I have a good experience at this location but tonight was different. When I got to the window the white female associate took my card for payment handed it back to me then asked me for it again WITHOUT explaining why. She hands me the card back & doesn't say anything. When she handed me my bag she didn't ask if I wanted sauce  (no biggie I'll use mine at home) but it's the point. She did not make me feel welcome, & these days you can't be too careful with identity theft & fraud. Hopefully she didn't do anything wrong but the other employees at that location are so much better & never make me feel like I'm not worth speaking to. Maybe she had a bad day, idk. Even so, if you choose to accept a job in food service then at least give it all you've got...& remember without satisfied guests the establishment would dwindle fast.
