The girls working the night shift are so hard working and have a great attitude. They keep this location running smoothly, the eating area and restroom are clean and the food comes out hot.

Went thru drive thru on Zebulon Rd in Macon today. My order was wrong.When I pointed it out to the young man at the window,he looked at my receipt and said "Mam you got what you paid for"  That's fine the problem is I didn't get what I asked for  He didn't care to fix it.I would have gladly paid the difference He rolled his eyes and made me feel very unwelcome.Not accustomed to that behavior at Chick-fil-A

The manager went above and beyond today helping out a daycare that brought a ton of kids. He went around and gave every woman a flower for Valentines day. I was super impressed! Bathrooms were nice and clean and the service was quick!

This location doesn't offer everything on the menu, but they have all the essentials, which is good for an on-campus location. For most people, this would be a 5 but I knock it down 1 spot because they don't have the grilled spicy or the chicken soup.

I usually don't eat out just a few places in town... Chick-fil-A was my place to eat..I felt like  it was clean and have real food...on Wednesday night last week I got a market salad.  About 1 am I got up from sleeping and I was so sick with diarrhea and vomiting like crazy..I had vertigo so bad I thought I was going to have to call an ambulance to come and get me....I was so sick it was scary...it upsets me that now I don't have a go to place to eat out anymore!! So disappointed!!! Please I don't want to not eat there ..please find out what went wrong??.

These are literally the rudest workers of anywhere I’ve ever eaten, much less a chick-fil-a. They are incredibly aggressive and horrible at communicating with their customers. It’s like this every time I come.

Their chicken nuggets never have enough breading and they’re always soggy because they don't fry them enough :

Delicious chic-fil-a menu, just not all of it. They have a smaller selection because they are much smaller than a normal chic-fil-a. The food is still delicous though!
